Description
This PR adds Fastmail MCP to the Community Servers section of the README. Fastmail MCP provides access to Fastmail email via JMAP with tools for listing/searching/managing emails, sending mail, handling attachments and threads.

Motivation and Context
Fastmail offers the powerful JMAP protocol to access user's email. This MCP utilizes the JMAP API calls to create a new and powerful way to interact with Fastmail through AI.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested and debugged using Claude Desktop.
